There was flooding over the weekend in the surrounding area, and roads were closed down, which led to a fall in business, according to the article.
The East River has rising waters, which is something Muir and the carwash employees are used to, but the expected rainfall means there may need to be more cleanup.
Manager warns customers to be patient following icy weather
“Thankfully, business is pretty well back to normal,” said Muir. “We’ve had a few cars come in since the road was reopened.”
