MINNEAPOLIS — During the busiest washing time of the year, residents here picked the Best in Minnesota carwash, according to WCCO.
The Feb. 23 story stated that this year’s best carwash was Downtowner Car Wash in St. Paul, MN. The business has seen a steady stream of cars over the past three decades, including taxis and squad cars.
Carwashes definitely needed after Nemo
Voters said there is a level of service at Downtowner that cannot be found at most places. The wash also turns out a clean car, the story noted.
Downtowner opened in 1978, and a lot of the line workers have been with the wash for 10 years or more.
