ORANGE COUNTY, CA — The Western Carwash Association has an Education plus Roadshow and Car Wash Tour planned here for March 13 and 14, according to a press release.
The Feb. 14 release stated that the education spotlight will cover The Affordable Care Act (ACA). The new insurance legislation continues to command the attention of employers.
Company adds carwash insurance program
WCA’s session involving the ACA will review the law, its requirements and new post-election developments, the release noted. The employer play or pay mandate, the definition of a full-time employee, measurement periods and stability periods will be also addressed.
Another education session will cover 2012 Legislative & Case Law. The second day of the event will include a carwash tour of full-serve, express, flex and self-serve carwashes.
