Mann comes to PECO from Morton Salt Inc., where she was responsible for a $23 million territory, the release continued.

In her position, she was responsible for managing branded and private label efforts while consistently meeting margin growth and revenue targets, the release added.

In addition, Mann partnered with broker management teams to develop and implement strategic customer business plans that delivered profitable growth, the release stated.

Mann will be responsible for exponential growth in California, Alaska, Hawaii, Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana and Wyoming as well as for increasing PECO’s presence in the West by supporting PECO’s strategic decision to sell solely through distribution, the release noted.

Mann will work with PECO’s current western region distributor network by strengthening and deepening the company’s relationships by providing outstanding support, developing new business opportunities and driving revenue, the release added.

Further focused on penetrating the market and increasing PECO’s market share, Mann will relentlessly hunt for new distribution, national and regional accounts opportunities and expand PECO’s brand across new industries, the release continued.

Mann has over 24 years of territory sales along with distribution management skills that will be advantageous to distributors and end users in securing carwash equipment and implementing standard processes and operations for carwash tunnels, the release stated.

Mann was able to transition her territory from direct sales force to full line broker/distribution sales while growing sales by 13 percent over the previous year, the release added.

“I was initially attracted to PECO Car Wash Systems because they are a growing company transiting to a business model that I have deep experience working and have had successful results in,” said Mann. “It was after hearing about their strong family history and seeing the superior products they produce I knew it was a company and a team I wanted to be a part of.”
