PDQ to exhibit in-bay automatic technologies at The Car Wash Show™

DE PERE, Wis. — The OPW Vehicle Wash Solutions brand will be showcasing its Laser Wash 360® and Tandem Surfline systems.

DE PERE, Wis. — PDQ, a product brand of OPW Vehicle Wash Solutions, announced in a press release that it will be exhibiting in Booth #1623 at International Carwash Association’s The Car Wash Show.

The show will be taking place May 9-11 at the Music City Center in Nashville, Tennessee.

“PDQ has long been recognized as a brand that is synonymous with delivering high-quality in-bay automatics, which help bring success for our end users,” said David Dougherty, business unit manager, in-bay automatics. “As such, we are excited to showcase some of the equipment and systems that have made PDQ such a revered name in the vehicle wash industry.”

Specifically, PDQ will be featuring the following systems and equipment at its booth:

LaserWash 360® Plus In-Bay Automatic Car Wash

This wash system establishes a new performance standard through its Smart 360 Technology, which enables the wash to “think for itself” and be responsive to the dynamic conditions in the wash bay.

The Smart 360 Cleaning System provides better wash coverage through the use of rounded arch corners, optimized chemical application timing and tilting arch functions.

The Smart 360 Arch Control System provides a relaxing entry into the wash bay with quicker throughput rates by moving around the complete vehicle perimeter for more thorough coverage. The integrated Smart 360 Drying System offers the unique FlashDry service that streamlines the amount of time needed to perform basic drying functions.

All the Smart 360 features can be managed and monitored through the system’s Smart 360 networking capabilities.

This consists of an easy-to-use browser interface that allows wash operators to access all key operating functions and reports from anywhere in the world.

It also enables the operator to change wash packages, view performance and trend reports, and monitor all machine functions via a few clicks of a mouse and no need for special software.

Tandem Surfline In-Bay Automatic Car Wash

The soft-touch Tandem Surfline provides customers with an exceptional wash experience, incorporating an overhead design that creates an open wash bay.

This design is inviting for customers while offering revenue-generating features.

Operationally, the Tandem Surfline combines high-pressure touch-free and friction washing technologies with an innovative two-bridge design that works in unison to navigate around and over vehicles of all types, including dually trucks, which allows multiple cleaning processes to take place at one time.

The result is a quicker wash cycle that delivers fast and efficient vehicle washing while optimizing the amount of water and chemicals that are used during the cleaning process.

All PDQ wash systems can be integrated with vehicle wash entry, management and control technology from fellow OPW VWS product brand Innovative Control Systems®.
