Windshield wiper blades show support for breast cancer awareness

PINE BROOK, N.J. — A company offers pink wiper blades so customers can show their support in October.

PINE BROOK, N.J. — Pink windshield wiper blades are available for customers to show their support for breast cancer awareness, according to an email announcement.

The product is announced with Breast Cancer Awareness Month coming up in October.

The announcement said that women make up 65 percent of all automotive service center customers, and they make more than 65 percent of all new car purchases.

Experts recommend replacing wiper blades every 6-12 months, noted the announcement.

There are three differ wiper kits available in many different sizes for various vehicle types.
